We’re excited to add family attorney Brittney Rank to our roster of talented lawyers trying to help our neighbors. Brittney leads our family law team and provides personalized legal representation. “Some of the toughest decisions we make are related to our families, and I want to make sure that each client’s case is treated with utmost care.” She particularly enjoys working with individuals and families to help them create the family situations that work best for them. “I know that when people see a lawyer to resolve a legal issue affecting their family, they are really seeking an opportunity to obtain closure, and hopefully a new beginning.”

Helping Oregon Families
Brittney graduated from law school in Utah and worked in several areas of the law, including for the Utah Attorney General’s Office and large tech companies. She says she enjoyed those experiences, but found her passion working with individuals and families. “Working with individual people for the best outcome for their family is uniquely difficult and rewarding.” She offers competent legal help through some of life’s most difficult challenges. Making Oregon Home
Brittney is relatively new to Oregon, but she married a native and has been happily exploring her new home. She’s learning to enjoy the laid-back Pacific Northwest lifestyle. Not outdoorsy by nature, she is learning to be! It helps that doing things outside in Oregon is significantly more enjoyable than the hot and humid weather of her native Tennessee. Brittney’s guilty pleasure is reality TV and she’ll happily discuss the Real Housewives series with you. She’s excited to settle in here in Oregon and be part of the Salem community.
